Dunn, George

Dunn, George    1894 July 13th

Mr R A Wilson, County Coroner, held an inquest at the Fisherton Asylum, on Wednesday evening, on the body of George Dunn, aged 44, a pauper, admitted on June 29th, and who died on Tuesday.

From evidence given it appeared that deceased had to be fed with a tube by the doctor, four men having to hold him, as he refused food. No violence was used. On the 4th he had a fall which caused the breakage of eight ribs and the wounding of his eye, one rib puncturing the chest. This brought on pneumonia which caused death. A verdict of accidental death was returned.
