Morris, Caroline             1886 May 20th          Westbury

An inquest was held on Monday before Mr Coroner Sylvester touching the death of Caroline Morris, a middle-aged woman, who had been found dead in a garden adjoining her house on the previous day.

From the evidence adduced, it appeared that the woman had been in her usual good state of health up to the day in question. Her son (John Morris) found her lying dead in the garden about four o’clock in the afternoon.

The jury returned a verdict of “Died from syncope.”
